Okay the young staff is super nice and helpful but the manger is a straight a******* He's always rude and his customer service is garbage like I get it, you're 30 and make sandwiches on a college campus and you hate your life. Atleast try to pretend you don't
Still the best sandwich on the planet. As a chef I'm hard to impress but they always do and always have all the way back to central Illinois with one location in Mattoon Illinois. The JJ Gargantuan is unbelievably great. They were slow this morning Sunday September 8th after a bashing yesterday for the Alabama home game which was probably a welcome breath of fresh air. They were polite, prompt and to the point. Young man looked new and struggled a bit with the wrapping of my sandwich...read full review
