Wow came through and first was really nice then got to the window and she had messed up the food she then turned her back to us we watched her throw are food in the bucket come here if your in a bad mood they will make it worse 👍🏻

Rude and dirty. Go through the drive thru and get told to come inside but others were allowed to use drive thru? Ordered 3 piece with fries and mac/cheese waited almost 15 minutes and got mashed potatoes instead of mac/cheese. The manger has long hair not put up and is very rude. The cashier couldn't ring up the lady before me order, mine or the next persons without the manager helping.

Service was slow, but the food was awesome! 🤩 Don't mobile order, though – I ordered a 4-piece and got a 12-piece with nothing else! I told them I didn't order a 12 piece, and they weren't bad about it to fix the mistake. 8/10

Bad at the drive thru I was told it was going to be 30 min for chicken they don't even turn on the outside lights anymore the whole parking lot is black no lights so I left there went downtown found same thing people just driving off and no lights so church's chicken was my choice for the evening

AC did not work in the location. Chicken bones were laying around from customers from probably weeks before. Food was cold and old. Not worth the price. No customers at the location at all. After visiting no surprise.
