I had a mishap with my online order for the Valentine's donuts and I wasn't able to get it resolved the day of pick up. I went back the next day and Manager Amy was wonderful and she went above and beyond to make everything right. Thank you so much Amy!
The donuts are good, the coffee however gave me the ultimate shakes. If you like to feel like you’re on cocaine & want to run a mile in 2 seconds, this coffee is for u! It was not for me! 😂 10/10 for the donuts tho.
I had a door dash order there a few nights ago on 11.3. I went to the speaker because the lobby was closed told then the associate asked to me come to the window for the order. I get to the window they didn't have what the customer had so I had to call them for a replacement. The employee closed the window in front of me and then left to do something else.
