Staff was friendly but I waited too long on WHAT I thought were fresh Krystals but to my surprise only 2 on top were fresh hot with WHAT I asked for after waiting THIS killed my whole vibe of having a taste for them

I went in and placed an order for a 24 pk with cheese, a 12 pk with cheese and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches at 12:23pm. There was one person ahead of me waiting for their meal (2 sandwiches). About seven more customers came in behind me and placed their orders. Everyone that had come in after me had gotten their food and finish their food. At that time I went up to the counter to see what was going on and they told me that they had to take care of everyone else with smaller orders. I did not received my food until 1: 27pm. This was a horrible experience. The bathrooms were filthy, the dining room was dirty and NO ONE besides a guy sweeping the floor, were wearing gloves. Nasty! Oh yes, there were no pup dogs nor ketchup or mustard packs.

I’ve been a student at Alabama for 4 years and attempt to get Krystal’s countless times while here. Not a single time have I been able to get Krystal’s. It’s either they don’t have hamburgers ready, the card machine is down? Or they will simply have you sit at the intercom for 10-15 minutes and not say a word to you. I genuinely enjoy the food from time to time but this location is ridiculous. They need to get it together. Whatever you do though avoid this location. It’s not worth it.

We arrived with a large bus packed with teenagers and the polite staff made up of Micheal, Destiny, Keven, and Anthony singled handedly got our orders out fast as lighting. The breakfast was great and we were on our way.
