Staff was friendly but I waited too long on WHAT I thought were fresh Krystals but to my surprise only 2 on top were fresh hot with WHAT I asked for after waiting THIS killed my whole vibe of having a taste for them
I went in and placed an order for a 24 pk with cheese, a 12 pk with cheese and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches at 12:23pm. There was one person ahead of me waiting for their meal (2 sandwiches). About seven more customers came in behind me and placed their orders. Everyone that had come in after me had gotten their food and finish their food. At that time I went up to the counter to see what was going on and they told me that they had to take care of everyone else with smaller orders....read full review
