We usually go to McAlister's after church on Sundays, mainly because it is really good food and good service. Also, it is usually not super-crowded at this time. Time from order to table is very good and the servers are courteous and fast

I watched the employee giving out takeout orders check the order before giving it to me and catching that it was incomplete. It was awesome and something more restaurants in the area could learn from.

I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Spud with Extra chicken. They graciously charged me extra for the extra Chicken, which i requested. However they did NOT put extra chicken on my potato and there was not 1 crumb of bacon ANYWHERE on or near this Spud! I ordered extra chipolte sauce of which I was charged for...which was fine but they only put an eighth of a teaspoon in the container. I'm disappointed. It will be a while before I try them again.
