never have a good experience at any of the tuscaloosa mcdonalds locations. pulled up to thedrive thru one time and the worker ran away from the window cuz he wanted us to think they were closed. Also always expect for them to forget something on your order, it will happen everytime. And it will take an hour for your order to be ready. also they are so rude at the window, if you try to see if they are even open they bark at you to wait

This location is absolutely terrible. This isn’t my first awful experience at the Lurleen Wallace McDonald’s. But this one is the last time.
1. A kid’s meal with sauce spilled all over the top of the milk.
2. Drive thru employee eating as she’s handing me food. Disgusting and I’m sure the Tuscaloosa health department could help educate her on cross contamination and how much this will cost the owner.
3. And here is a shocker, she was rude as hell.

Do not come to this location. Both fries were undercooked, the workers were rude, I didn’t receive a sauce I paid extra for, and they did not put the monopoly stickers on all the items for the promotion, only on the drink. I am very disappointed with the service and food here.

Overnight employees refuse service and ignore customers at all costs. You pull up to the speaker and can hear someone having a headset on but blatantly ignoring you, then when pulled up at the window they will make eye contact with you and walk away. This place advertises its 24 hours but it’s really not.
