No milkshakes because the machine was broken. So we ordered frozen Coke then get to the window and they are out of that too. I ordered a Fish Sandwich meal and when I got home it was not in the bag.

I’m not sure if anyone actually reads this but I’m a manager at this McDonalds and our times are not 24 hours our lobby now closes at 10 and our drive thru closes at 12 every night! Hope this helps

While customer service is always pleasant when I go, 9 out of 10 times something is either going to missing or old and cold. This morning I was up doing homework decided get breakfast since there pretty close by huge mistake! it’s the third time I’ve gotten a steak egg and cheese bagel no egg and it has been given to me burnt or without the sauce or both. The sandwich looks like it was leftover breakfast from yesterday and it was just rewarmed if i didn’t have a ton of homework...
