My son and I went through the drive-thru at 4pm It took us 17 minutes from the order board just to the payment window. Once there, the person taking money had their nose hanging out of their mask. We mentioned it, but it was not corrected. While waiting to get to the pickup window, I called to report it to the manager. Apparently that person WAS the manager, and cursed me out.
