Milo's Hamburgers

We were driving through the area and decided to stop in and try out Milos (we love their tea in supermarkets). We first realized something was terribly wrong when we arrived on a Friday early evening at dinner time and no customers were here. Drive thru empty. Service counter had no customers waiting. After freshening up we went to the front counter. Employee after employee walked by, no acknowledgement. After looking our direction and then back on their phones we realized why no one was here. The service just simply didn't exist. So, we turned around and started to leave. This is when someone finally said okay okay we are ready now...too late. Only when we started to leave did they feel the need to acknowledge the only (potential) customers they had there. No thanks. We went across the street for dinner instead.

Juicy burgers

The lady at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. The dining room was super clean, bathrooms clean and stocked and food was fast, fresh and fabulous! Will definitely come again.

I was very disappointed. I don't know if the cook was angry at having to work on Mother's Day or not. Maybe he wanted to be home , who knows All I know is Good customer service has NOTHING to do with your personal emotions and you should NEVER take your issues out on the customers food. Sadly that will be my LAST time going to this Milos and maybe the chain in general ha . Who you hire represents you for many customers , Especially in my age range we believe in Responsibility for your actions, respect and Good Service , something the younger generation seems to not care much about due to the entitlement phase they are in. I pray they grow out of it and learn your job ethics/ product represents you and in this life you are judged on that, so always put your best foot forward. He didnt know who that burger was for, i could have been the Ceos wife lol . sometimes you'll never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. Even tho I parked and went in and spoke directly to the cook who made the burger and had him make me a new one and he proved by this one being MUCH better that the first had some issues attached I still will NEVER step foot in that particular Milos again and if asked by friends and family I won't give recommendations for this one. Its the principal- and my personal choice and God given right. Just as he expressed himself in that sloppy
thrown together burger- I am now expressing myself. Customers should always remember- you have options and when spending your hard earned or easy earned money, Noone can force you to take what doesn't suite you. Never settle especially when it comes to food intake. Ok im done ha

First time going really good

First time we had come across a Milo's Hamburgers, so we had to try it! We got cheeseburgers, fries, and tea with zero calories sweetener.
The tea was delicious and fresh! We were not impressed with the food. The burgers were bland and the fries tasted like regular frozen krinkle cut fries.

Honestly very disappointed. Passed the restaurant many times and decided to stop with my family. It was not very busy at lunch time which should have been an indication of what was to come. The lady that took my order was not very friendly. After I spent $50 and started eating the food it was horrible. The meat tasted like old banquet Salisbury steak that was very salty. None of us liked the food and left unhappy. We will never go there again .

We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch and received the wrong order in the drive through. I made a call to the store to just let them know what happened. The Manager asked that I come back to get the correct order so I did. She made sure the order was correct, added in a few pies, and asked several times if there was anything else she could do to make our experience a good one.

What started as a mistake (not a huge deal, we all make them) ended with the restaurant making it right and going above and beyond to do so. Tarsha (I hope I spelled it correctly!), we appreciate your kindness and willingness to make us happy customers. The food was excellent as well!

Hubby didn't like the sauce that was drenching his burger. I thought the chicken tenders were good. We ate outside because the place was so cold. We gave it a try because we had never eaten at a Milo's. We won't be returning to Milo's unless we lack other choices.

We decided to try something new for lunch while driving through Alabama today. We had heard of Milo’s so pulled on in. It is not far from the interstate and that made it that much more convenient.
We were greeted at the counter and we decided on hamburgers with an order of fries. I opted for a milkshake while the wife wanted sweet tea.
The burgers were okay; maybe the sauce gets some getting used to. The wife had specified no onions on hers but the burger came laden with onions.
The fries were nice: lightly salted and cooked long enough. The shake was nice and the tea was good said the wife.
Other than the onion problem it would have been perfect. The Milo sauce was something I was not expecting but it was all different for sure.

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair bound person would be able to navigate the floor and there are plenty of tables they could use.
