They need a whole new management crew . They are very unpleasant to some of the employees .. The turn over rate is insane . I see why there is always new faces in this place. I wouldnt recommend this place of employment to nobody !!

The worst service you will ever encounter. If you’re actually lucky enough to get acknowledged when you walk in.

I had the Texan burger, and it was great! I had a to go order. Would have liked more fries with the order.

The wait time is too long to get food after ordering.

Ordered food online while my kids were in an activity. Food was ready when we got there. Customizations were correct and food was wonderful. Only problem was parking. I never actually found a parking spot.

Maybe my first mistake was ordering pasta but I work downtown and didn’t want to move very far. This is the blandest pasta I’ve ever eaten. It’s supposed to be Ragin Cajun Pasta but I wouldn’t even call it mildly upset. No seasoning whatsoever. Cold. The pasta sauce is bland and it looks nothing like then pictures. Overall pretty disappointing to eat after a long shift.

I would not recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant. The waitress that we had was extremely rude, and her service was slow and terrible. I am truly not one to complain, and I never write reviews. This occasion was absolutely terrible. When the waitress brought out food out, she asked if we needed anything. We asked for ranch dipping sauce. The waitress very rudely said "well you're going to have to wait. I've got 6 other tables to take care of. " On top of that, my friends cheeseburger was completely pink and not done in the middle. When she brought it to the waitresses attention, she disappeared for 40 minutes. Obviously, she didn't eat it, and she just asked that the burger be taken off of the ticket since it was not cooked, and she didn't eat it. The waitress said she would have to have her manager look at it before she could take it off the ticket. Needless to say, the manager never came. The waitress eventually came back and gave us our tickets with the burger removed. Then, she had the audacity to tell us she needed to redo the tickets because she forgot to add the mandatory gratuity. Are you kidding me?! Tipping is based on service, and our service was terrible. All of this is to say that I will never go back to this place again, and I hope those who read this review never visit this place either.

I never write reviews, but the service and server was horrible. To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!

I have always loved mugshots but today’s experience was terrible. Our server, Sydney, was extremely rude to us when we ask for something and even told us “it’s going to be a min because I am busy with other tables” we only ask her for things that were missing when she brought our order out so it’s not like we were constantly bothering her or asking for a lot of things. My burger was pink and not fully cooked and I ask her if it was made from ground beef or sirloin and she said she didn’t know but would ask. She never returned so I never ate the burger and when I ask for it to be removed from the check she was annoyed. Definitely not what it use to be, however, the manager was really nice and apologized for our experience.

Parking: Best place to get burgers in town There's no other place like it. They even have Hawaiian sweet hamburger buns they use with all sandwiches like hamburgers. Its the absolute best ever!!!

Kid-friendliness: Yes they have coloring sheets and crayons to occupy baby along with they are super friendly as your kids await the food as its cooking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes plenty of room.

The food was okay, but the service was disappointing. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and it took a VERY long time for our waitress to take our order and bring the food. On top of that, I ordered a milkshake that was so small it came in a water cup, which was ridiculous. The entire experience lasted over two hours, and we couldn’t even get refills because the server seemed overwhelmed. To make matters worse, the automatic gratuity for our group of seven felt unfair given the poor service. I won’t be coming back.
