Order about 5 times a month for the last couple years. Thats over. Last 3 times Patty is smaller and appears to be smaller, of lesser quality and flavorless compared to previous experiences. Fries are good

Paisley was an absolute pleasure .
She was very attentive and as sweet as could be. We were visiting from Muscle Shoals and couldn't have had a better time.

Ordered DoorDash direct to you. Had to heat up all of our three meals in the microwave as soon as it got here. Even the mushrooms we ordered were room temperature. Ordered the pimento cheese burger and it had meat and a piece of bacon and nothing else. No pimento cheese or anything.

Mugshots is a great burger joint that offer a variety of burgers. The food was great and served very fast ! Definitely in my top 10 burger joints.

I absolutely love this place!!! Hands down best burgers in Alabama. I drove 2 hours with my family and friends just so they could try for the first time. It is always amazing. The building itself is really old they kept the original ceiling tiles i love looking up and being reminded of years ago. The staff there is always happy, so friendly and welcoming like nowhere else. Me and my wife ate here on the day we got married and had lunch the day of our divorce as well. Lol it's just that awesome. Lol maybe it's because the food is so good.You don't really talk a lot while you're eating it.You're just enjoying every bite. There's a bar upstairs that's even better so you can go and spend an evening having fun and winding down with the best staff around. We had the park four blocks away and walk because every parking spot was full but we didn't mind because we knew that the best cheeseburger in the world was waiting on us. I give it five stars only because I couldn't give six.

The food was great and affordable but the bathrooms was disgusting. Both women bathrooms had poop smeared on the toilets and I got there right when they opened. The service was also not great.

Our waitress Gracie did an amazing job tonight at Mugshots! She was doing most of the restaurant on her own! There were nine of us and the place was packed!! It was Karaoke Night too so hard to even hear!! We were amazed how she took such great care of so many!!! Always had a smile for us!! Kudos Gracie! She deserves a raise🎉

Mugshots was highly recommended and has high reviews. The bun to my burger was fantastic, except for it was swimming in grease from the burger. Fries and fried pickles were okay. Service was also okay.

We were impressed with our Burger and fries at this Mugshots restaurant. The beer battered fries were exceptional. The service was as good as it gets. This was the first time we had visited a Mugshots (doubt if it'll be the last) and our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu. She gave some good advice and was very attentive to our needs. The parking was a bit difficult, had to walk 1.5 blocks to get there but we needed the walk anyway!

We went for my birthday lunch. The food was great except the salad was the size of a side salad but was a main entree salad with chicken. I kept having to remind the waiter of what we needed or asked for. Getting refills was difficult.
