First time actually getting into the restaurant (Parking in that area is wild). We got in and was seated quickly we ordered a variety platter(fried mushrooms, cheese tots, southwest eggs) everything was amazing!! Also tried the philly sandwich with the beer battered onion rings! The food was amazing I definitely would be visiting again. Go check them out if you haven't

We had tried mugshots one time while traveling through Hattiesburg, MS, and absolutely loved it. So we wanted to stop at this mugshot on our travels through Tuscaloosa, AL. However, it was not the same experience. The food tasted like something warmed up in a microwave. We got the southwest egg rolls, and they weren't very warm. We got the queso dip that had ground beef in it, and it was not really warm and not really very good. We split the club sandwich and fries, and it was just disappointing. Our server was average and didn't even smile until we were done and ready to pay the bill. We got the feeling we were bothering her. It was a quaint and small bar like atmosphere in the downtown feel area of town. The parking was easy. It seemed clean. The food just was not great. We were the only customers in there around 4 pm. on Monday, March 4th. We would not go back if we were to travel through this area again.

I've eaten at several mugshots over the years and was sad when they had to change the menus and took away my favorite burger, the walker. I asked my serger and she said they could still make me one! That was awesome! The food was great and the service was amazing!

This is our second time going in the afternoon and there was no wait. This time the service was much better. I had the chips and queso for an appetizer and Hicks Chicken Philly and sweet potato fries for my main dish. The queso was not very warm so it did not stay melted for long. It had a yummy flavor though it was sticky. The sandwich was good, but the sweet potato fries were overdone which was disappointing. Even my husband who loves them said they weren't that good. I will say I was thankful for the choice of a GLUTEN FREE bun. All in all both times have been a 4 star experience.
