“I eat at this location regularly. It all starts off with the service. Usually they are understaffed but not all the time. That's just one of the quirks of the location being close to the University. They do the best they can and I appreciate the effort they put forth. I've only been there once when the food wasn't being restocked properly on the line and other customers like myself were not pleased but were understanding with patience. The food is always good, the staff are always courteous and over all they keep the entire store clean. 4 stars only because management should be aware that the location can bring herds of people in at any given time and that it can be overwhelming to staff. Overall 4 stars for Chinese fast food that is delicious.“
“It's like every other Panda Express I've been in. The Drive Thru is a slow moving joke (THEY ALWAYS ARE) and they often briefly run out of some types of food (which backs up the drive thru) For it's price point this is THE BEST Chinese food in town. For a bit more authentic go to Mr Chen's For even bigger "servings" try the many buffets in town. And who doesn't love Panda Orange Chicken ?“
