They never have honey or hot sauce . I think they been out for about a year now

Went thru drive thru. Order was two sandwiches and fries. Was told to pull ahead and park and wait. Waited 15 min, no food. Had to go in and get it. Was sitting on the back counter. They threw out the fries as they were already cold. No apologies. Plus the floor was so greasy, I could skate on my shoes in the parking lot when I came out. Do better.

We ordered two box meals to go. One was white meat other was dark meat. The white meat had a wing and a thigh. The dark meat box had a thigh but, had been setting too long and was on the dry side. No Cole slaw, they were out. Fries were luke warm. Should read reviews and ate elsewhere.

Very bad service 😔

They never have anything, the workers are lazy & rude. I mean what are they in there doing ? It’s 12 workers and nobody getting the food in time. I asked for chicken dinner they gone offer me a chicken sandwich!!!!

I usually have a decent experience here but today... I was very specific with my request and I feel like they just have me whatever. I noticed one of the errors as I was pulling out and let it slide because I already had to pull to the side and wait on my order. When I got home...half of my order was wrong. Since I didn't receive a receipt, I can't compete the survey but this location needs to do better with following instructions. I'm disappointed.

This place has the worse costumer service ever, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, and the buns came out extremely cold, but the chicken paddy was extremely hot! The lady that took my order was using many profanity words with her co-workers and was also on the phone while taking my order! Very very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful!

The last 4 times I have frequented this location, I have been disappointed. My order was wrong once & the other 3 times, I waited in the drive-thru for a long time only to be told at the window that they're out of what I had ordered. The staff is never friendly or helpful. I won't be back.

May 15, 2026 at 8:58 pm I pulled into drive thru lane at Popeyes on McFarland blvd in Tuscaloosa. There was a car sitting at the drive-in window. There was a sign on speaker “out of order”. Please pull forward to place your order. It was extremely dark & creepy. Then an older Black-man wearing an apron like he was the cook came outta nowhere asking for spare change. This was very creepy! Finally at got to window at 9:05. While the young lady was taking my order, another young lady chimed in and said, would you like to make it a large combo? No I only want a three-piece snack. And a small drink. After they process my card I was expecting it to be 5 dollars the way it was advertised on the window. But instead, I got charged 1395. Then they asked me to pull around to the double doors at the front of the store. At 915 they brought out my order. Chicken was Cold & hard. French fries were cold, Just Awful. Plus no ranch dip as I had asked for. I will not go here again.

We actually should have left. We couldn't understand the cashier. Then we had things straight and when we got our order it was all wrong. We ordered a 3 piece tender, original with macaroni and cheese and we ordered a 3 piece chicken meal,spicy with beans and rice. What we got was 2 chicken tender spicy meals. Cold beans and rice and macaroni and cheese that looked a week old and scraped from the bottom. We went back to counter and they had no spicy chicken made so we would have to wait. So we ate the tenders because hadn't ate all day and threw the beans a d macaroni out. Every table was dirty except one.

5 workers were outside talking. The intercom wasn't working. The line was long. The food was awful. I received old refried chicken. Horrible.

Staff here is so rude man it’s a disgrace. Cashier refused to take my order for some odd reason and decided to go behind the fixing bar and begun texting. I addressed her she ignored the other worker and me once i spoke with the team lead she was just as rude and dismissive .. Alex please fix your staff, yall make Popeyes look bad

Never set foot inside this place. The drive through is usually consistent, sometimes taking longer than 8 minutes. The one time I went inside, my friend and I stood behind the counter with a few others waiting to take their order for 15 minutes. On top of that, they often have attitude that I just decide to put up with
