We ordered our food at 12:31 and didn’t receive it until 1 o’clock. Everyone in the store that came and went got their food before us. When we finally asked if they lost our order after they looked at several times without food, they said it was because it was grilled chicken which took longer. It does not take 30 minutes to grill chicken in a fast food restaurant. Or if it does take that long, they should tell customers as they order! No apologies were offered!
I ordered on the app and apart of my order was missing!!!! This is the second time I’ve had issues with this place of business! It doesn’t make me happy especially when I pay my money and was expecting my food!!
