When I first started coming to this location earlier this year, the service and food was always amazing. However the past 2-3 times recently have been very lackluster. First, I paid almost $6 for an order of okra for them to forget at after waiting forever for my food. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to get back to work. This visit, I sat at the speaker 10 minutes and had to say hello before someone responded, as if they were hoping I left. I ordered the chicken tender salad and didn’t get a fork.

Took them 30 minutes to fix my order first I dst behind a car I assumed just pulled up to talk for 10 minutes after I had already ordered then once I pulled to the window I waited 15 more minutes then they ask me could I pull up I had already been in line 20 minutes so I said I told them no and did it take so long the manager said they cook to order but within the 25 minutes of waiting it should've been dropped when I ordered so they started bringing food out to cars that was behind me I guess to make me wait longer for not moving forward the problem is it's to much playing and not enough working going on the worse place I've ever been so unprofessional

This place is well managed. One of the few places in Tuscaloosa where the staff actually seem like they don't hate their jobs and aren't rude. The service is great and quick and the food is always great.
Blues music playing is a welcome treat from all the pop and rap music. Food is great, especially the wings, and they have some great sides besides fries like Mac and cheese. Dipping sauces are good. It's still a newer restaurant so portions are very nice, unlike the Zaxby's across the street with their anemic chicken tenders. Service got everything right and wait was reasonable.

We ordered our food at 12:31 and didn’t receive it until 1 o’clock. Everyone in the store that came and went got their food before us. When we finally asked if they lost our order after they looked at several times without food, they said it was because it was grilled chicken which took longer. It does not take 30 minutes to grill chicken in a fast food restaurant. Or if it does take that long, they should tell customers as they order! No apologies were offered!
This was and will be my only time eating at this establishment. I don't make exceptions to a restaurant that under cooks food! You had 1 job. Well, the chicken wings were rubbery and undercooked and very unfortunate since the meal was not cheap. I ordered via drive thru. I was unable to take the order back to the location this day. I do not live in the area and may not make I back to the area for several days if at all within reasonable time. This is my honest review.
Service was friendly. Service was not quick, but I understand it if my food comes fresh, hot, and ready. This was not the case with this wing meal.
Warm not hot, and im less then 2mins away. Wings barely looked done and the skin was rubbery because it wasn't cooked long enough. Everything else was good
