Very impressed by this location. Came here because the off-campus Starbucks is being renovated. Service was friendly and fast, order accurate, great atmosphere…no complaints! I wish they would join other licensed stores that have started accepting mobile orders — if they did this I would come here much more often. Unfortunately on campus only the student center location accepts mobile orders and that is only through the ua dining app. Even without that, I will be back.

I'm generally not a Starbucks fan - I think there are better cups of coffee out there. HOWEVER, I had a wonderful experience here. After being told that they didn't have any decaf coffee brewed, one of the staff members offered to make me a pour with my choice of flavor. She opened a new package of grounds for my drink and had it ready quickly. My purchase was also utilizing an on campus coffee deal, so although it only cost me about $1, the staff still took my order seriously and went out of their way to do me a favor.That's custom service right there!

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had at Starbucks! Super crowded after the Alabama Tennessee game (ROLL TIDE) and the staff was working hard, and the drinks were perfect! Thank you so much for getting me the caffeine I needed to drive home after the game!

(Drive-Thru) This location is popping off rn!! Don't get me wrong there will always be about a 20 min wait because the line is constant but they move pretty fast and always get the order right! On-campus Starbucks spring '23 has a really solid staff and they're always nice:))
