I ordered through google without the app, and I liked because it doesn’t force you to download the app. So for me was really easy.

The barista Abby was more interested in playing on her phone repeatedly rather than actually working. She took her phone out no less than 10x in the 10 minutes we waited on a mobil order that was placed. Not once did she wash her hands before going back to touching equipment and making drinks after playing with her cell phone. The place appeared short staffed as only 2 people were working.

This Starbucks randomly closes the inside with no warning. The app will still let you place mobile orders without telling you that you must get in the drive through which you won’t know until you get to a locked door with a dumb small sign taped to it. Then you wait in line and it’s a complete waste of time while my iced coffee gets watered down. If you have a chance to go to another Starbucks, I’d advise you to do so.

I stopped at this Starbucks location recently while in the Tuscaloosa area for business. I'm an early riser and loved the fact that this Starbucks was open very early. Although the Drive-Thru was full of cars, the staff inside took my order quickly and I received both of my modified coffees in under five minutes. The location is clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed and the staff are friendly and professional.

the girls were really nice but FIRE KRISTHAN!!!!
he was the cashier didn’t give change back after drinks being paid for, which 38 cents was left and was given a 5 dollar bill and then said we owed more but didn’t and was just very rude about it.

Both mine and my spouse's Frappe Chino's were extremely watered down. It tasted like water with whipped cream. Very disappointed â˜č especially paying over 13$ for them. Sad to say Bessemer Starbucks beat Them by FarđŸ€ŹđŸ€ŹđŸ€Ź

8 cars were in front of us at the drive through. And just a handful of people inside. It took 25 minutes to get my order. It was supposed to be a plain latte, and it was wrong! Went in to get a new one and it was remade with the wrong roast. I gave up!

Service is decent, but they got rid of their chairs for sitting and reading. Now it's just a big bench and tables. Go somewhere else if you're looking for a good place to read a book.

This was my first time at Starbucks. I didn’t know the menu, so when I ordered the Peppermint Mocha, I didn’t know there would be chocolate in it. I’m deathly allergic to chocolate, so I was a bit dissatisfied when I received my drink. Thankfully when I went asked to see if I could replace the drink for something else of equal price, the lovely lady inside took care of it, even though it was my fault!! Amazing staff, can’t wait to come back!
