Worst Starbucks. Ordered a caramel brûlée and it was just milk and water steamed. Ordered a medicine ball and the tea bag was broken and exploded the tea within the drink.

I walked in today 11/12/2025 at 5:05 am, they were completely not ready for opening. I ordered falafel pocket But the oven was not ready to be used I walked Around 5:20 am And the oven was still not so I took it cold. I ordered my coffee and stood there waiting for over 10 minutes while they were running around, trying to finish opening the store. The girl started my coffee and walked away from it, leaving my espresso shots, just sitting there when I asked the guy how long it will be before I can grab my coffee. He caught an attitude. I asked him to throw away the shots and make new ones given they have been sitting for a while he did not like that very much completely unacceptable service they need to do better. The one thing I hate the most is when I walk into places and the workers are miserable and don’t want to be there. If you do not like your job stay home.

Walked in EXHAUSTED from driving the night before and not prepared for the long drive home today and the baristas, cashiers, EVERYBODY were super kind. They all seemed to be in good spirits and working very well together. Lots of employees here when I came in and each had their task and stayed busy, but did so creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. As an EXHAUSTED 6-month pregnant lady, I needed the kindness and happy energy this morning. Glad I stopped, it made me ready to start my day!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I went to this Starbucks today with a hurt leg, so I couldn’t walk inside. I placed a mobile order to pick up at the drive-through. When I got to the window, the person working spoke to me harshly, asking “what’s up.” I explained my situation, but she just told me I had to come inside and then slammed the window on me.

This is the only Starbucks I go to in town, and I’ve never had to deal with such disrespect before. It felt like they didn’t care about customer service or my situation at all. Very disappointing experience.
Note: the whole store was empty. There’s no customers she could just pass my bag and then let me go. but you didn’t.

The most disappointing part is that I received a wrong order!
