I stopped at this Starbucks location recently while in the Tuscaloosa area for business. I'm an early riser and loved the fact that this Starbucks was open very early. Although the Drive-Thru was full of cars, the staff inside took my order quickly and I received both of my modified coffees in under five minutes. The location is clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed and the staff are friendly and professional.
Very quick service in the drive thru at 6:18AM.

he was the cashier didn’t give change back after drinks being paid for, which 38 cents was left and was given a 5 dollar bill and then said we owed more but didn’t and was just very rude about it.

Both mine and my spouse's Frappe Chino's were extremely watered down. It tasted like water with whipped cream. Very disappointed ☹️ especially paying over 13$ for them. Sad to say Bessemer Starbucks beat Them by Far🤬🤬🤬
8 cars were in front of us at the drive through. And just a handful of people inside. It took 25 minutes to get my order. It was supposed to be a plain latte, and it was wrong! Went in to get a new one and it was remade with the wrong roast. I gave up!

Service is decent, but they got rid of their chairs for sitting and reading. Now it's just a big bench and tables. Go somewhere else if you're looking for a good place to read a book.

This was my first time at Starbucks. I didn’t know the menu, so when I ordered the Peppermint Mocha, I didn’t know there would be chocolate in it. I’m deathly allergic to chocolate, so I was a bit dissatisfied when I received my drink. Thankfully when I went asked to see if I could replace the drink for something else of equal price, the lovely lady inside took care of it, even though it was my fault!! Amazing staff, can’t wait to come back!

Our order was not repeated back to us and it was incorrect. Then the mocha tasted devoid of chocolate, the sandwich was soggy and my coffee -which was supposed to have a double dose of cream- was not remotely creamy. Something was off this morning.

Long wait time for 3rd party services(Ubereats, DoorDash ), and poor communication between staff. They will let you stand there for 20mins (even after you let them know who you are there for), while they continue to produce orders for people who have not even arrived for their items. Not very good customer service.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We ordered drinks for our kids and us and yes it was a big order but it’s Starbucks if anyone can handle making a half dozen coffees it should be them. They complained about the order then proceeded to only fill our drinks half way and overfilled them with whipped cream to cover it up. Complete joke and waste of $50. Thanks for ruining my kids evening. Won’t be back to this location ever again. Venti cups with maybe 2/3 of the way full max

I order a vanilla blond latte, never tastes the same between two visits. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it just tastes like a plain coffee. They are always behind with just the least bit of busy-ness. I once waited over 30 minutes for a pumpkin loaf that wasn't even pulled out of its packaging. They are constantly out of items like hot hands far too frequently.
Unfortunately, this Starbucks has pushed me to use Scooter's instead, since Scooter's is far more consistent and timely.
Ultimately, I do not recommend, as there is a high chance you'll just be disappointed anyway.

I ordered 3 drinks at the front register, the lady at the register, Kristine said the register wasn't working so she would ring me up on the drive thru. She rang up the wrong drinks but I was like it's fine its close enough. I paid. She never asked my name. I never received my drinks. After everyone else in the store got their drinks I went to get a refund. Of course the front register is magically working now, anyway its a different guy at the register & Kristine tells him to process the refund as "customer did not want" did not want? Kristine I never received my order. It's not did not want its no one made my order. Kristine was like whatever who cares. Apparently not you & certainly not Starbucks. I'd be mad if the whole ordeal wasn't so ridiculously bad that it's almost funny.
