Subway in Tuscaloosa

“Y'all need to visit this Subway. It is hidden off McFarland and Skyland intersection going south. Best Subway I've been to in my life. There was a Black guy making the sandwiches and he had it down. The lady working with him was great. 5-Star stuff.“

“My sandwich was great. The Manager allowed to use one of my coupons. I didn't know that some sandwiches don't qualify for the coupons. The sandwich was so good I don't think I care that I can't use a coupon for it. I had the All American and my grandson had the BSM or something like that with salami on the sandwich. He enjoyed his also.“

“My friend and I stopped in for a sandwich before my appointment with the eye doctor. We both ordered a six inch sub with chips and a drink. The sandwiches were fixed quickly and we were given a cup for our drinks. We sat down after grabbing a bag of chips. The food was fine. It was the atmosphere that was troublesome. It was basically the break room for the Walmart employees. Four separate tables were occupied with Walmart employees as we ate. They were on their cell phones the whole time. They weren't there for a break to eat or drink. I felt that Subway was being taken advantage of. If they had two or three more customers, there wouldn't have been anywhere for them to sit. We finished our sandwiches quickly and left.“

“We went into Subway a few days ago and their staff was friendly and attentive and we walked out in record time with three foot long sandwiches. Everything is fresh and they must have new management or staff and that is a plus.. Great experience.“

“The only reason I will not give them all 5's is because I saw the cashier take money and give cash back to customer and then proceeded to fix another customers sandwich with the same gloves on. With this day and time with some much money changing hands. One can never be too careful.“

“Well at this subway, I like how I’m never rushed and the staff is very friendly and helpful, instead of saying “is that all?” like they want you to hurry up and get it over with asap because I interrupted their TikTok videos or something! I am a DoorDash driver as well and they have had issues with customer orders on occasions and by the time I got there they had already taken care of it by calling the customer and not waiting for me to do it when I got there! I appreciate that because it makes things go so much smoother for the delivery to just pick up the order and go. Instead of having to call the customer and ask them something before I can leave with the order!“
