I was introduced by a friend over 2 years ago. I may have missed 8 visits since my first day. I don’t feel right when I miss my loaded tea! Please stay around! Even when I get a drink and it tastes different, they are so friendly and usually make up for it! 5 stars every day!!

I have been a frequent customer here for a couple of years and never had any problems. Recently, since August, the teas taste like WATER! I’ve addressed this many times with staff and even taken drinks back to have them correct them. The teas have gotten more watery every time I purchase. I can purchase the exact same drink from a different nutrition store and they look, taste, and smell nothing like the ones from here. I’d visit any other tea shop in the city before stopping here again.

The people leaving 4 and 5 star reviews at this place are obviously lying. the past four or five times I have bought a shake it has been nothing but water they’re not using the amount of powder they’re supposed to use trying to save money and it’s making me shakes horrible. I just bought a banana pudding & blueberry cheesecake shake for the fourth or fifth time in a row and I neither one had no taste whatsoever. It was turning to water within 2 minutes & tasted like pure wate. Both of them. 9 $ for one shake is a lot of money for thrr we m to not be using the correct amount of protein & nutrition powder. I mean it’s almost impossible to make a shake like this. Now I will never go back & I will spread the word every single damn day!!!!!!!

I came in there today and got a southern bell specialty and they say nrg doesn't come in your tea which it does that's there way of ripping you off and not to mention they don't put a lift off in it like there suppose to and they don't use all the herbal life's products either . so just to let everyone know u don't even get all the products that's suppose to go into your drinks. they are a waste of money and they are nasty drinks I don't recommend going here unless u want to waste your money I'm going to call herbal life and also let them know how they doing people also.

I paid for a daisy duke, once I paid I stood to the side and waited for the drink to be made while I was waiting she said “why don’t you take this daisy duke and I’ll just make another one” that drink was sitting on top of the counter it was a call in order that I didn’t do, I don’t know how long it’s been sitting up there, so I paid for a water down drink instead of a freshly made drink. Too expensive to be getting a drink not freshly made soon as I order. Disappointing.

Best tea in town

Love their loaded tea's

This was my first time trying out SHN and they did not disappoint. All the drink ingredients were laid out for me. I was also recommended some popular drinks to try. I chose Ruby Red while my mom had Watermelon Sugar and both were delicious and refreshing. I’m definitely excited to try more flavors and the shakes soon. There’s also a cute sign inside above an iron cast bench to take photos. Also, if you have children they have a kids menu to the right of the chalkboard.
