All three staff spent the entire time we were waiting for them to prepare our order complaining about customers they considered unreasonable. Made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned we might get talked about the same way after we left.There's a time and place for venting about work. It's not during work hours in front of customers.
This is my favorite Starbucks of all the ones in Tuscaloosa. Sure the line sometimes gets long, but that's because they usually don't have many people working. This doesn't bother me at all. They are pretty fast with getting peoples orders and giving drinks even if they do only have one person working. The staff is extremely kind and always talk to me when I go. It makes my day brighter. this Starbucks is so good! the workers r so nice, the food and drinks r amazing! the place is decorated nicely for it being so small, I definitely recommend coming here. plus it's inside target ;)
