Coco the manager was super sweet and understanding. She even showed empathy up until the closing minute, not hour but MINUTE. She showed respect to the employees after a mix up and I haven't seen that in a while. Thanks for the awesome empathetic experience.

The food was good but service was slow very slow took forever for server to see us and take our order with only a handful of people dinning. The server completely forgot to get us crab tools to eat the crab we ordered to were by the time I had to go ask someone else our crab was cold and we just took it to go…

It had been at least 2 years since I've eat here..but my daughter & her friends love it. So she wanted to come celebrate her Sweet 16.. so I've visited here 3 times b/t May 7 & June 6... May 7 (7pm) everything was good... service, food, drinks; visited May 23 (6pm) & the drinks were nasty, the food wasn't great & the server MIA alot..then today June 6 (9pm), the floor was so slippery, it felt disgusting to walk on, food was good, we had water to...
