Located atthe hotel Indigo by the riverfront . We came here to dine In . This hotel btw looks really cool too. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the rooftop seating with fire pit .Although a little too cold for me, we decided to dine inside. Blankets are available if you want to remain outside and enjoy the view. Inside there is a bar and very limited seating. The menu is small, the drink menu is not. There is a sign at the bar indicating that all drinks contain 1 1/4 oz of alcohol and if you want more or less you need to let the bar tender know. I ordered the chicken strips and fries, husband ordered the crawfish pasta and our friend ordered the flat ironedsteak and potatoes. Both my husband and I thought that the portions were on the small side. The steak was ordered medium rare and that is exactly how it arrived. Pasta was delicious, fries perfect and chicken done well. We cleaned our plates. Gin and tonic ($10) was weak . Our fault we didn’t see the sign until later.

This place was great. The customer service was out of this world. The food was great.

Ambiance is nice, but the drinks are poor. We ordered a margarita and mojito and it was weak in flavor and appeal.

I recently visited The Lookout Rooftop Bar and Restaurant for a 4th of July celebration with friends, hoping to enjoy good food and watch the fireworks from the outside balcony. However, my experience was disappointing. Despite being seated at 7:30 with the fireworks scheduled for 9:00, the service seemed understaffed with only six people working the bar and serving tables. We ordered a simple meal of cheeseburgers and slices of pie, but we had to repeatedly ask for our refreshments to be refilled. Additionally, one of the side orders and the dessert my guests wanted were unavailable. By the time our food arrived, the fireworks had already started, and the burgers were overdone. Sadly, based on this experience, we won't be returning to The Lookout rooftop bar for dining in the future.

I loved to eat Pecan salad in the restaurant; however, the salad ingredients recently changed. The menu needs to be updated.

Salad came with slimy old greens. My daughters “grilled shrimp” came with cold shrimp that were not cooked, nor cleaned and were not deveined....gross Server was sweet and unfortunate middle person Will only be returning for drinks

Great atmosphere. Appreciated the fan to help with the heat on the patio from the summer sun. Great and quick service. It was pretty empty at 5 pm, but filled up outside. Pesto flatbread was amazing! Will definitely be back.

We were directed to pick an outdoor table. The area outdoors is nice and casual. We waited for a bit (one larger party was seated before us). Once the server go through with them he skipped us and helped the people closest to him. So stopped another server to get help. She took our drink order reluctantly, but once I started to order food she said she'd have to see if the kitchen could make the two appetizers because they were short staffed. What? People around us had food! So after another 5 minutes we decided to cut our losses and leave (she was still entering our drink order). They weren't that busy and it seemed the servers just weren't quick or efficient. Total disappointment.

This is my first ever yelp review. That's how bad my experience was. I am usually pretty laid back, I understand that the service industry is not easy and mistakes happen. This was however my number one worst experience ever. I've never done this before because I would never want to hurt a business but something needs to change here. I was super excited because tonight was the Friday night before my college graduation and I had a lot of family members in town so I made a reservation for 8 back in February or March for my graduation in May. We get there for our reservation at 7:00 and the host tells us that we have reservations "indefinitely" be we have to wait. When I asked how long we need to wait he said "I am not sure but hopefully not way too long." I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we waited for 30 minutes and then we were seated. Once we were seated at 7:30, it then took another 30 minutes to get a server and we had to ask multiple times to get one. My little sister asked for a water four different times and never got one so eventually my boyfriend went up to the bar and got her one. Oncd we finally got a waiter we immediately ordered but it then took another hour and 15 before they brought out 2 of our 8 entrees and one wrong entree. We ended up taking the wrong entree because we were starving. Eventually at 9:30, after having made reservations at 7:00, we had not yet gotten the rest of our entrees, dispite me going up the the bar multiple times and voicing my concerns to the other staff. We got up to leave and my dad asked a staff member if we could get the bill for only the food we received. We paid for the 2 flatbreads we received and the one round of drinks. They comped us 20% and were completely unapologetic, saying that our food came only 78 minutes after we ordered. This may be the case but we waited 30 to be seated with a reservation, 30 minutes for a waiter and then ANOTHER 78 minutes for 2 entrees. I was very excited that I had planned this for my family and it was a sad and very bad experience, putting a big damper on my graduation weekend.

The service here is the worst I've ever received at a restaurant in tuscaloosa. We made a reservation for 6 pm and they did not seat us until after 7pm. When we asked what the hold up was the server was rude to us. Will not be coming back here.

My wife and I ate there for the first time and really enjoyed it. Sat outside, great view! Service was excellent, small menu but food quality was very good. We will definitely be back.

The place is very beautiful, esp in the outdoor area. The service was really nice. The food, however, was okay and not the best.
