The Peach Cobbler Factory Tuscaloosa

Ordered with Uber Eats and this place cancelled without explanation. Will not even try it again. Should have explained themselves. I get they were busy at lunchtime and I ordered a lot of stuff. Explain to me what they could accommodate and I could adjust accordingly. As it stands not going to even try again or even go there to try in person. You lost me people but I'm one person so no loss.

Very disappointed! I ordered 3 items from the menu: sweet potato cobbler, red velvet banana pudding, and a nutella cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was hard like it had been cooked days earlier and not stored properly. The banana pudding had a funny aftertaste. It didn't taste like homemade southern banana pudding at all. Hopefully, the cobbler will taste ok once I warm it up.

I ordered the blackberry cobbler, and it was really good. It came with ice cream and was the perfect little snack. I would definitely recommend choosing this place for a sweet treat change of pace.

When I visited the Peach Cobbler Factory in Tuscaloosa, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The place was noticeably dirty, which was already off-putting. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

The ice cream was freezer burnt, and it seemed like it was pre-scooped into cups ahead of time. For over $10, I expected freshly scooped ice cream, not something that tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for days.

Overall, it felt like laziness rather than busyness was the issue. If this is what they’re offering at that price point, I definitely won’t be back.

New management is TERRIBLE!! I paid almost $10 for the regular size just for it not to be full. Their advertisement is a SCAM! I went back and was told that they can only fill up the cups 8oz now.

New Management has definitely downgraded the product, you are given way less cobbler than you are advertised to get ever since the switch, still taste good but practically a scam for the price.

I feel like if you’re going to be closed, you should put that on the website/google

Was absolutely fantastic (5 star worthy!) back when I got food from them in May... but their ordering has been closed on UberEats, GrubHub, and DoorDash since at least July (it's currently late September). I'm disabled and can't get to the in-person store, so I unfortunately won't be purchasing from them again. If you don't do delivery anymore, at least remove your location from delivery services.

Didn't update their times for the temporary close. Drive all the way there to find a note on the door that says “closed until 8/1”. Also, website says open till 12AM. The written times posted on the window say 10 PM.

Says they are open 7 days week and every time you go by they are closed! If your not open for customers the remover yourself form Google .

Website says open at 10am, Google says 11am and the paper on the door says 12pm
Still wasn't open at 12pm??‍♂️ Including myself and my daughter I seen 4 other customers come and go... Would love to try it one day that it's actually open.
