I drove down all the way from birmingham awful customer service I was charged twice but the pig feet were good greens was awful salty can greens brocoli cheese rice was room temperature corn bread was over cooked ....I WONT EVER RETURN

First time dining at Thomas Rib Shack today. We were headed back to MS from South Carolina and was looking for some soul food. We were definitely not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff and other customers were friendly. We will definitely be checking them out again.

Do what the locals do - grab and go... Even though we were the only ones eating in... Especially after a 25 - minute wait for our food...30 people came and went before we got our food...We don't recommend the Catfish - it tastes like chemicals...
First time having Thomas Rib Shack today & Yes, I will be back! My coworker recommended this place & Im so glad that I was able to give them our funds. Great customer service & I personally talked with the owner and she was amazing! Thank you again for the great food & love!!
