“Ok so Wendy's is simple everybody knows that, but at this Wendy's I actually saw the few workers that were there really HELPING one another and all 5 spoke and communicated each time they made eye contact with me. All of this was done in under 4 minutes. Thank you guys, ppl have bad days and something so simple as kindness goes along way!
Kid-friendliness: They listen and it's compassionate with the kid's when their ordering
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that's easy to roll a WC person in comfortably“
“11 a.m. , I counted 2 employees in the parking lot as I drove up, and 4 employees inside the store. As I walked in, there was an Older at the counter waiting to order. About 5 minutes passed before anyone acknowledged her. Even then, The person told her they'd be with her in a minute. I walked to the counter and told them I have a mobile order, while they got my order together, the lady was still waiting to order. When I was walking out, I looked back once more, she had finally got to place her order“
