“The food is not the issue here. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious 🤤. But what I don't like is that the staff focuses more on the drive thru than the front counter. If you go to the counter you can expect to wait about 10 minutes before your order is taken because everyone is scrambling to get the drive thru first and the customers at the counter just have to wait. I don't think that's right because it should be enough staff to handle both sides. This particular day that I was there it was like 6 or 7 of them back there but all of them were working drive thru“

“Believe it or not, it was actually really good. I stopped eating Wendy's about 5 or more years ago because the one in my neighborhood was HORRIBLE & thank God they finally closed it down. I was mtg my caught at work to drop something off & this Wendy's was near by & we decided to try it. I'm glad I did, especially being a former Wendy's Girl myself.“
“It was so hot the day I went thru the drive thru at this Wendy's. In the past I had encountered not so kind workers, was actually mocked & told they wouldnt be serving us. (In his defense he was literally the ONLY person working the whole store 🙄) There was something that caused the lights to flick on & off & messed up the cash register system THIS visit, thankfully, after we had already paid for our order (im assuming, but it took a while to get to the actual window, there was 3 cars ahead of us but it took quite some time)I wanted to add a frosty to the order at the last min & the lady kindly gave me one, no charge, for the wait & inconvenience. She was super kind & accommodating. I wish I knew her name to give her her props!“
“Shoutout to Tj the mangers on duty Who did his job on helping correct my order when another Manager could not do the job it said that morning crew has 1001 people in second shift has very few and do so much of an amazing job hands-down above and beyond“
