What I assume was the manager put my food up on the counter and before I could check to make sure it was mine a old lady went digging in my bag and said that's not mine and the manager took it and walked towards the drive through window and turned around and brought it back and threw it on the counter and rudely said I called the name out and I said yeah but before I could make sure it was mine that lady rambled through it, she just looked at me and never offered to replace it...read full review
Very friendly staff and great food. I eat here daily for lunch and they are always working hard and they get my order right every time. Food is always hot,fresh and delicious at this location.

The restaurant has improved significantly since it was reopened and is now considered the best Wendy's in the Birmingham area.
