We had a birthday party today for my 4-year-old, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful—every single one of them greeted us with smiles and made the experience truly enjoyable. Everyone went above and beyond to make the day special. We will definitely be back to this location. Mariah, the manager, was absolutely amazing and helped make everything run smoothly.
If zero stars were an option, I would certainly choose it. Neither one of our seperate paying guests were given the correct receipt or I would name the cashier who deserves zero stars. To begin with, neither of our family’s were greeted at the door, nor was it explained why we were being stamped. So I need to share an experience that happened last night to me, Alyson and Allen Barnett. Alyson has asked to go to Chuck E. Cheese for a few weeks, so last night we took her.
