We had a birthday party today for my 4-year-old, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful—every single one of them greeted us with smiles and made the experience truly enjoyable. Everyone went above and beyond to make the day special. We will definitely be back to this location. Mariah, the manager, was absolutely amazing and helped make everything run smoothly.
It's has the new trampoline part that a lot of new Chuck E. Cheese's are getting. Probably one of the more kept up with one's I've been to. Very clean and super friendly staff. There are a few broken machines but I expect that from all Chuck E. Cheese's.
Great place to take your kids

Chuck E. Cheese is a popular family entertainment center that offers a mix of dining, games, and activities for children. The overall experience is generally decent, with a friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere for kids. The pizza is a highlight, with many reviewers praising its deliciousness, and some guests even mentioning it as very good. Visitors appreciate the fun environment, especially with the new jump park installed, which adds to the excitement. Parents enjoy having a space to relax while keeping an eye on their kids, and there is plenty to do for everyone.
However, some areas could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the prizes in the prize center. There are very few games or rides suitable for toddlers, as most are geared toward children aged 4 and up who can understand how to play. For younger kids under four, activities like shooting the basketball or Ski ball may be confusing. Despite minor issues, many guests feel a positive vibe and enjoy the nostalgic feel of the place. The staff is very friendly, contributing to a great customer service experience. Although the animatronic has been removed, visitors still have a blast and appreciate the overall fun atmosphere, though some advise caution if staying late.
