We had a birthday party today for my 4-year-old, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful—every single one of them greeted us with smiles and made the experience truly enjoyable. Everyone went above and beyond to make the day special. We will definitely be back to this location. Mariah, the manager, was absolutely amazing and helped make everything run smoothly.

The staff were very... disinterested, and the building was about 15 degrees hotter than it needed to be. Otherwise the kids had a blast.
