Horrible service, we came in at 9:15 pm store was supposed to close at 10:00, even if closed at 9:30 as they said, all the employees got so upset and mad and treated us with such disrespect. We have been driving for 10 hours with my 92 year old grandma who had difficulty to finish her meal because the way they were behaving and pointing at us she had to finish in the car, just very uncomfortable situation.

I came through drive through today i ordered 3 5 dollars biggie bags and the fries were hot and chicken nuggets but the jbc was super cold and I don’t understand why buger were super cold and I won’t be coming back to that location on 69 south again

Yeah, we showed up at 9:30 PM tonight which is Friday, December 20. We ordered sweet tea fries and of course Wendys burger. All five set of fries were cold four out of the five sweet teas were un sweet They locked the door had to go through the drive-through. Explain the situation and the gentleman could just say him Come to the door after standing outside in 39° weather for about five minutes he finally proceeded to unlock the door to let us in. Needless to say this is the worst food and customer service I have seen in my 51 years. I will never be back to this place. Wendys needs to get their service and quality in order!! If you are the owner or District manager you really need to visit this place and get your house in order

If possible I would give ZERO STARS ! As soon as we pulled up to the speaker IMMEDIATELY RUSHED TO ORDER , whoever the young lady is that was rushing us had the nastiest attitude ever OH AND BTW THEY ARE GOING TO " anything else " you to DEATH. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. WONT EVER BE COMING BACK HERE.
It's a standard Wendy's. The cashier was attentive and helpful, the rest of the staff wasn't. The drinks were watered down. The food was Wendy's average.

I sat at the speaker for over 30 mins while everybody in there was playing laughing and giggling on their phones, everything I tried to order they told me they didn’t have. This is the laziest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. She had a horrible attitude stop hiring these lazy people this is why Wendy’s are shutting down all over the place. Girl in there with the Afro needs to be fired.this is for the 69 south location in Tuscaloosa Nobody is forcing you to work at Wendy’s

11 a.m. , I counted 2 employees in the parking lot as I drove up, and 4 employees inside the store. As I walked in, there was an Older at the counter waiting to order. About 5 minutes passed before anyone acknowledged her. Even then, The person told her they'd be with her in a minute. I walked to the counter and told them I have a mobile order, while they got my order together, the lady was still waiting to order. When I was walking out, I looked back once more, she had finally got to place her order
