We go to Wendy’s last night. It’s 7 pm. How they gonna tell me i can only order 2 items off the menu when i tried to order a 3rd? It’s like that one extra biggie bag was gonna break them or something. Out of frostys, spicy nuggets, and my chicken sandwich was basically a nugget with two pieces of bread. What is this place

The cleanliness of this place was absolutely unacceptable. The grime buildup in the restroom alone has to be months old. Floor was dangerously slippery.

I’m not even sure why I continue to waste money at this location. The lack of professionalism is obvious, and the staff just doesn’t seem to care. Turnover here is constant, and it really shows in the service and quality.
Tonight’s order was another disappointment. I gave two stars only because the nuggets were decent (or maybe I was just hungry). The fries, on the other hand, were stale and tasted like old grease.
Y’all have got to do better.

Friday, September 12, 2025. 7:00 AM (Supposedly 1 after opening) nobody at the drive-thru, doors locked. Person seen inside, looked at me, walked away. This is pathetic.
Wendy’s is known for its quality. I wanted a quality breakfast today, but I’m never getting it with these workers.
Avoid this Wendy’s for breakfast. Absolute waste of my gasoline driving here.
This location gives out old food No wonder the store is practically empty at 3pm

Bathroom was filthy but I had already placed my order so I waited on it. Got a patty in a plastic container. My husband complained and was told that was what the manager said to do since they were out of buns. They need to close if a hamburger place is out of buns. At very minimum talk to the customer and tell them about this before slapping a beef patty in a box.

So I'm here at Wendy's in tuscaloosa OSCAR BAXTER DR and they are using Walmart buns for burgers and sandwiches and the great value ones at that... I would like a refund
