Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We pulled up at the drive through and they’re trying to copy Chick-fil-A by taking your order as you go. He didn’t even come up to our window he about 6 feet away and never came close. We couldn’t hear a word he said and the other girl who we gave our card to so we could place our order was on face time with someone paying no attention to us and laughing. I will never go there again very unprofessional.

The three employees standing outside 'taking orders' were too busy having their own conversation to take my order or even acknowledge that I was waiting, despite there being no other cars in line. Maybe drive a little further to someplace that actually wants customers.

Ordered the chicken taco. What I thought I was getting and what I got was totally different. Instead of a chicken taco; I got a chicken finger, 2 scraps of tomatoes, about 3 bacon crumbles, and about 5 pieces of lettuce scraps. Will be putting Zaxby's on my list of places to avoid.

Children taking orders outside in the heat. Index feels like 110 today. Guy in the windows said to make the line faster. It's not. It's slower. And they don't even have water. And only a small fan.

Recently ordered two 5 piece chicken finger plates. After getting home, my kids opened their plates only to discover that each plate only had 3 chicken fingers. I spent $27.16 for a total 6 chicken fingers, fries, and 2 drinks.
