I think something is going on with their prices or THEY JUST WANTED TO OVERCHARGE ME ! I ordered 4 SMALL pieces of lemon pepper chicken tenders and they were charging me almost $15dollars????????? Is the Lemon pepper power that expensive??

Very slow counter service. Restaurant was not even busy, employees looking at me while I’m waiting to order but no one taking the order. Stood there for at least 5 min with NO ONE in line. Horrible customer service.
The absolute worst experience. Not only did we wait 30+ minutes to get our food, it was cold once we did get it. The dining room was a disaster. I guess it’s to be expected that your food will take forever when half of the staff is in the dining room eating, leaving no staff to actually wait in customers.

This zaxbys need to put the portable menus on the tablets OR allow ppl to see the menus. You pull around and you tend to always be like “awe man” if I would’ve known they had that. 100% of the time. It’s a inconvenience

Food took literally 30 minutes to come out. They didn't pull the tag on my order until well after the estimated time on the app. Not even a consistent line inside and employees loafing around, so it's not that they were busy. Management didn't seem to care either. No Freestyle, which is standard for the chain. Absolutely horrible experience and a detriment to the brand. Franchise owners should be embarrassed. Food was as expected.

I had great service....don't normally order inside but on this day I did and service was great. Food was well covered in the sauce. I am only sorry I can't remember the young man who waited on me. But he was awesome...the young man tending to the dinning room and running orders out also checked as I waited that I had been helped....will be back soon.

They are TRASH now!! Their evening shift is terrible and clearly can’t do their jobs properly!! My order was incorrect ONCE AGAIN but this will definitely be the last time!!! The staff has poor attitudes and can’t even keep up with your orders via drive-thru and constantly try to charge you for orders that aren’t even yours!!!

I used to work here for years, also came back today and had a whole problem with my order when they could just drizzle bbq sauce on top of my wings they made it a problem , then waited 15 mins outside for cheddar bites to be brought , not much of a problem but they could have made this alot better service in no time . Brock mims!!
