I ordered 2 dinner plates. A fish and shrimp plate and a popcorn shrimp dinner. Two 2-go boxes were in my bag, and the lady said it was everything. Then, when I got home, i realized half of what I got was wrong and/or missing. There is no shrimp with my fish and shrimp plate. And I was missing a side. But I was finally at home and too tired to go back.
I'm trying to leave a few good reviews. I hate most of the places in Valley these days. Captain Ds is one of the few we occasionally eat at. Food is hit or miss sometimes-spices or amounts. Service is slow but that is due to type of food and expected. Atmosphere is much better than most places. We always seem to get the chatty woman at the window and she is sooo nice. She makes it seem like you are at a family restaurant vs a food chain. Love her.
What can I say… the food is always fresh and hot. Service is always awesome and delivered in a professional manner. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years. Keep providing “outstanding” customer service ?
