I ordered 3 chicken strips, mashed green beans and extra biscuit, I received over cooked dried out chicken with bones in, mashed & green biscuit and no extra biscuit. I live 15 miles away 🤔.
Regarding the Valley location of Jack's, because we have not encountered the issues at any other locations, very dissatisfied with this locations service, timing and food presentation. The past three times (each drive thru) I have been asked to pull up for my food. The first time, understandably, as I had a large order that included chicken. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went inside and was able to speak with the assistant manager who apologized and fairly promptly prepared...read full review
