But my daughter and I stopped there to break up the six and a half hour journey. The food was delicious; I got the Rueben which was PILED with sauerkraut (just the way I like it!) and broccoli salad, and my daughter LOVED the grilled cheese sandwich. I decided to stop again on our way back through. She got another grilled cheese, and I got the chicken salad sandwich. Equally delicious. We will be making this restaurant our regular stop from now on, and I look forward to my next trip through in November when it will be cool enough to enjoy looking through the market.”

“The peach pecan ice cream and strawberry ice creams are divine and the buckeyes melt in your mouth. Divinity and Fudge taste like my great grandmother’s. So GOOD!!! Deli sandwiches are great as well. Quick, friendly service. It’s as if my car goes on auto pilot and can’t pass this place, coming or going. Highly recommend.”

I had the Maddog burger, which, personally, just didn't do it for me. It was fine, just wasn't for me. First time here and I enjoyed the service, the atmosphere, the salad bar, the onion rings! I WILL be back again to try more food items! I won't knock it just cause I didn't personally like what I ordered, I'm sure plenty of others will! Ya don't hesitate to visit Maddog's!!! 5 paws!!!!”

“This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Clanton. Food is great and people are too. I don't like bell peppers in my food. I prefer jalapeños. Everyone puts bell but these people cook my food with jalapeños and do it with a smile. Also prices haven't skyrocketed like every where else. About the only place in town where you can feed 3 people and not have to stop for a loan on the way there. Keep up the great work.”

“I love Starbucks. I’m actually here from Seattle so Starbucks has always been a daily thing for me. The Clanton location is pretty good, the only issue I have is the tipping through drive thru. I’ve noticed that there’s certain staff that add a tip on themselves, that really bothers me a lot. They don’t ask, they just take your card, do it inside so you don’t see, you only know because your bank account shows the charge is more than what your total was at the window. It’s only happened twice but it’s still not okay imo”
