Customer service is not great. A guy waited on us who seemed annoyed when my kids asked to try a flavor. Then after spending $25 plus tip on two cones (despite his visible annoyance) my son dropped his cone on the floor. 3 workers were sitting there and just stared at us - said nothing. Didn’t offer to help or even say “oh I’m so sorry”. It was a very strange treatment from an ice cream shop. We will be heading back to Mountain Brook Creamery next time!

Delicious ice cream. The sweet cream wasn't overly sweet so it was perfect without being a sugar bomb. Staff was kind. I also love that sales tax is included in the prices in store so when you order you know how much you will pay.

Delicious ice cream and cookies. A bit pricey but a good treat. Small seating area indoors (a bench) and nothing outside. Shop is not visible from the street and behind Martin's BBQ in Cahaba Heights.
