We viewed her helping younger workers in the back. Literally cleaning, helping, serving and doing it all! A great personality. As an owner of several businesses thisis the type of employee you want in charge!
Cant afford to lose her! She interacted with all guests! The FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! Keep her at all costs!

We had phenomenal service today at Big Bad Breakfast! Our server, Katlyn, was super helpful in making decisions and really made us feel cared for—she kept an eye on our table to be sure we had everything we needed and that our food came out just right.

I had the Redneck Benny with sausage gravy and a side of McEwen & Sons grits (my favorite!). Everything was absolutely delicious—perfectly poached eggs on a fluffy biscuit with ham and that rich, savory gravy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

We’ll definitely be back. I truly appreciate great service, and that’s exactly what we had today.

The food was acceptable but my service was subpar. If you’re a server please pay attention to ALL your guests. I should have just ordered to go. I’m going back to Homewood.

This was our fist experience at BBB, but will not be our last. Alayna was our server and was VERY attentive and did an EXCELLENT job of keeping our coffee and water filled. Very personable and made the dining experience special!

I was insulted today by service
I am an A dark skin American Muslim. I was served after those came in after myself and husband to enjoy breakfast together. When my shrimp and grits came w/o the pork it came as order but dry cold and egg that was as a rubber toy. Then a family of 10 came in and they were served before I could get a fresh order only for them to say they rushing it out now husband eat his and was done by that time. Was it the way I was dress in my faith? Then add insult to injury a coupon for free coffee after a 10 dollar order. REALLY?

My boyfriend and I took my mom there today for a late breakfast. She loved the food. The staff is excellent and so kind. Michael, the manager always comes up to us to say hello. He is so personable. They are very lucky to have him! Our server was Ben and he was great and very attentive. Thank you for a nice afternoon.
