Service was excellent and the breakfast was delish.

Ham and Cheese Omelet and tomato gravy was good, Kaytlin? Did a great job. Very friendly and helpful.

Food is always amazing. The problem is the wait staff. Grapefruit juice was nasty. I also ordered water. The waiter never refilled our drinks. He was rude. I’ve never in my life not given a tip. I refuse to leave one today. I love this place but it will be a while before I come back.

We ordered a turkey & swiss sandwich (just turkey and swiss) just specifying to the waitress that nothing else inside, when it arrived everything seemed fine but when I ate more than half of the sandwich I realized that there was a little mayonnaise inside and I can't consume mayonnaise, she came to ask if everything was okay and I told her no because there was mayonnaise inside and she responded ohh sorry and left. Also the sandwich came totally raw without heating, the cheese without melting anything appetizing. Finally they charged us for the sandwich as if it had all the ingredients, I will never eat here again, they hire waitresses not prepared for a situation like that.

We highly recommend BBB. We were greeted with smiles as we entered the door. Ben, our server was amazing! He answered questions to help us make our decisions. His recommendations were greatly appreciated. We had the chicken and waffles, big bad skillet and the breakfast plate. Our food looked appetizing, smelled good and tasted delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked. Oh and the coffee was really good. I'm very skeptical about ordering coffee but Ben said it was a very good dark roast and it He was right.

The Sevice was terrific- I had the ham po boy- pretty good. The turkey and Swiss with bacon was ok. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was good.

We requested a table because they were going to make my son be moved off to the side of the booth where I couldn’t see him after we already waited thirty minutes. They failed to tell us that us requesting a booth moved us to the end of the wait list after already waiting 30 minutes which would be an additional 40 minutes. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never be eating here again due to rude and incompetent staff.

1st visit to BBB - and it lived up to it's reputation. Ella took great care of us - personable, kind, all the good things. I ordered the Big Bad Skillet, along w/ a biscuit & honey. Deelicious!! Ella even got me an extra biscuit & honey. BBB is now a favorite - even after just 1 visit. And when you go, ask for Ella ‐ she'll treat you right!
