Always a wonderful experience at Bistro V. Booked a last minute reservation for two, my son and me. Usually packed on Friday but got a spot! So good. Our table had view of the open kitchen. Had pleasure of watching the chef and his staff work their magic. Amber was our server and she is always great. We enjoyed baked oysters and fried green tomatoes for appetizers. Paella and Grilled snapper for our entrees. My family's go to for a great meal, always.

The food was great, and our server was very good and attentive to our needs. I believe almost $50 was too much to pay for a lunch portion with water to drink. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, everything about Bistro V is wonderful.

Incredibly delicious meal out with a friend for lunch. Bistro V always has great specials and the softshell crab over creamy grits with spinach was delicious! Wonderful wait staff too.
