This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Never ate inside here so I can’t really speak on a dining experience, but the drive through is awful. First off there may be a line out to 31 but you will have 5 employees standing where you order and 3 of them doing nothing. They are always goofy which is cool I get it, but not when it gets to the point it’s annoying. The service is always slow as well. And just one thing that really bothers me, though it doesn’t affect my experience, it may be 65 degrees outside and they will be running all the overhead heaters where you place your order. Very wasteful

Not the experience I usually get at other CFA's but still better than most fast food service. Chicken biscuit was struggling. Dry, didn't seem fresh, and was oddly shaped/cut and difficult to eat. Minis didn't seem fresh either, but were fine.

This is the slowest and most inefficient CFA I’ve ever been to. And today they’re sending every car that comes through the drive thru to pull around and park with hazards on. There are TEN cars waiting with hazards on. Ten.

The new maple bacon grill chicken sandwich was not good; grill chicken was dry, maple bacon cooked to hard which took away the maple taste and the small piece of lettuce was definitely not fresh. It was not the tasty look you see in the ads. Maybe I picked the wrong time of day!?

The entire vibes and atmosphere was horrible at this locations the cleaning team was rude didn't say excuse me or greet me the manager was super rude when I told him my large fries was not fresh nor hot he got pity and said well you ate half of the fries so he gave me a tiny small size lol like this location is horrible then it still was not fresh the fries had been in old grease the owner needs to give me a replacment or refund just horrible I called corporate so hopefully I will get replacement because those fries are well over $2.00 looking at $3.00 plus tax and the fries are never fresh or hot
