This is my favorite restaurant in the Birmingham area. I almost always get the fish of the day, served on a grit cake with a cream sauce. Delicious every time!
We had my daughters Baby Sprinkle at bistro V Thursday night. The food and wine were wonderful. 😄
My wife and I LOVE eating here!! Our waiter is the nicestand most courteous man who even remembers us after months and has the best suggestions! Every time we get to the Vestavia Hills area, it's the only place we eat!! Thank you Jascha!
