Not the experience I usually get at other CFA's but still better than most fast food service. Chicken biscuit was struggling. Dry, didn't seem fresh, and was oddly shaped/cut and difficult to eat. Minis didn't seem fresh either, but were fine.
The Talent manager of the Chik Fil A in Vestavia Hills Alabama, Chamberlain, went out of her way to make me feel welcome and cared for. She was professional and truly exemplified the sense of excellence I have come to expect at Chik Fil A. Thank you so much Chamberlain for making my night!
The new maple bacon grill chicken sandwich was not good; grill chicken was dry, maple bacon cooked to hard which took away the maple taste and the small piece of lettuce was definitely not fresh. It was not the tasty look you see in the ads. Maybe I picked the wrong time of day!?
