Okay so, the district manager was there tonight running the show by herself. I couldn’t imagine how stressful that was first off. Second off, the pizza she made was so delicious! Best one I ever received. I should have asked for her name. It was on 7-12-2025 in Vestavia/hoover. However she made it timely and better than anyone could. Perfect attitude. Honestly I may of had a crush lol, either way props to her for being the OG of the night.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here- 1 regular 1 pan. The pan pizza was ordered “well done” but when we got home we realized the entire center of the pizza was under cooked and inedible. We also asked for some parmesan and crushed red pepper at pick up and we’re told they were $1 a piece…. For crushed red pepper flakes?! Bummer- place used to make a good pizza. Won’t be back to this location!

I've ordered from here for 3 years but after tonight never again. It's on X if you'd like to see the pictures of my pizza and marble cookie. I ordered the Parmasan stuff crust pepperoni pizza well done and it was super doughy. I have a 6 year old who is starving. The cookie wasn't even done. We're eating an hour later than intended because we had to come home to cook everything. The attitude the store employees and manager on duty had on 3/17/2025 at 8pm was uncalled for. We're never going to come back to this location "bro".

I bought a pizza a dew days ago and after I drove off I opened the box to take a slice and saw there was an insane amount of grease and oil at the bottom. I obviously didnt want to eat that so I called the store and asked how I can I get a refund, the manager David and other employees, were extremely condescending, disrespectful, and overall unprofessional talking to me. They all talked to me like I had did something wrong to them by asking for a refund. I dont know why he assumed I ate the pizza first and then called for a refund, but I wanted to be told that I was guaranteed a refund if I brought it back and he never confirmed that. Only said if I bring it back then they can decide to give me a refund or not. After being disrespected like that, Im just going to dispute the charge. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Ordered 5:39 pizza ready at 6:25, Made it to my location 1.8 miles away at 7:39. RESULT COLD GREASY PIZZA. { 2 pizzas} Anyone knows this!! UPDATE: I got an email from Dominos for enough points for almost 1 pizza. They really must think I am stupid enough to spend any more money than the 35 dollars + I spent for 2 really horrible pizzas!!

So i had an online order from this location which i had done before with no real issues other than food is normally cold. But this time i had to call about my order spoke to someone not any where near the store. I called because it showed my delivery was done. Who ever answered had no answers and searched for no answer and would not transfer me to the store. Then the driver appeared much later than quoted and the driver said to me "sorry they forgot about you". Caution before ever using this place. I wont be.

usually pick up but decided to have pizza delivered. according to their"pizza tracker" the pizza was finished cooking around 15 minutes after placing the order. more than an hour after that my food still had not been delivered. after calling the store i was told that it was still at the store and i could come pick it up or it would be the next one out. 1.5 hours just to end up canceling an order.

I have been a regular customer for years. But the last 3 or 4 times that I placed an order the food was not good. This last order was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was so bad I just threw it away. Sorry to say, but you lost a customer for good.

Truly your staff is amazing!...I wish I could remember her name but one specifically was doing delivery & helping me at checkout....she was so kind it literally made my day

The staff at this location are amazing. They do a number of large orders for us at the University and are always friendly and kind. Having worked in food service for many years, I know how stressful large orders can be when you're also balancing regular business. They are always so professional and accommodating.
Dietary restrictions: Celiac: We often order here because of the options for gluten free pizza for our students and staff. Though their gluten free pizza does come with a disclaimer about potential cross contamination etc., most folks feel comfortable eating it without any adverse reactions, including me.

Demarcus was fabulous and the pizza was hot and it was super fast. Wonderful. The only thing I just hated was the online survey from dominos only took a rating for ordering not for the other questions about the food the driver and if I would recommend.
