These girls at drive thru I believe she said her name is Vannah and Mya? But they are always incredibly sweet but if I come and itâs a older lady on the speaker she either talks to me like Iâm dumb or they rush me to order or go through the drive thru and I understand I work in fast food but their attitudes are terrible and i refuse to come if sheâs there. If it werenât for her the Service rating would be higher

Pulled up to the drive thru this morning at around 10:20. Told the cashier I had 2 orders, she immediately huffed and puffed and had an attitude about it. I then asked her if she could add a donut to the first order and she said it was already added in the queue and I asked her to clarify again that I cannot add the donut to the first order, because I did not understand why she could not do this for me, and she loudly yelled âNo!â back and I immediately drove away, because I did not want myself to bark back at her. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at ANY places located in Vestavia. Appalled at this behavior from the employee not wanting to help the customer place 2, very small, orders. Apparently it is too difficult to place 2 orders or to edit an order âalready added to the queue.â Will not be back, and will tell others of this experience.

Waited 10 minutes before someone suggested. I use the kiosk. At that moment there were 5 people already standing at the kiosk.
I asked for a turkey sausage at the window to add to the $6 meal deal I got and the girl didnât notice I said TURKEY. Which is fine I guess Iâll take my loses but the hash browns were disappointing to say the least definitely not getting that meal again.

Today is August 8th at 2:52 pm. I placed a dunkin' donuts order from this store on Uber eats because they had bacon and I ordered for my dog. The bag was sealed and the bacon was not included. I applied for refund and received it. I decided to call the store to let them know about the mistake (as I am in restaurant and I know I would want to know) a young lady answered the phone and was VERY rude from start to finish. I asked for her name and she hung up. I tried to call back and it was busy. She then called me back and was very rude again. She said I got my refund soooo???? She also said that she was in the bathroom when the order came in and when the order went out so she has no idea what was in the bag. She spoke over me and she was rude completely. I told her not to worry about it that I was going to rectify the situation and then I hung up. I'm not stopping with this review because this customer service was the worst I have ever seen or heard in my life. This young lady does not need to be speaking to people at all.

Dunkinâ drinks and food are respectively similar to other locations. Customer service is non existent. So much pushback, angst, and unfriendly responses from staff. Itâs shocking how much effort was put into being condescending and rude to unassuming customers. I watched it, then it happened to me. Why did I give them my money? Just wasnât worth the trouble. Learn to respect your customers please, Dunkin staff.

Took my grandmother here on the way to her cancer treatment & ordered at the kiosk. Manager and male employee made outward remarks about how annoying customers are that need to add to an order after placing it at the kiosk. Do your job and donât complain about ringing up some extra donuts or coffee. Extremely unprofessional
