Worst staff and service. It’s been served old coffee twice

Run for your life, I worked in a fast food restaurant when I was young if you don’t want the job, don’t take it. I unfortunately have a relative who likes their food here I have never waited less than 20 minutes. God forbid someone they know comes in. They will be moved to the front of the line and you’ll be waiting 30 minutes. I would rather sit at the DMV every day for a month than the walk-through Dunkin’ Donuts doors again at the Vestavia location

Very rude staff. Worst customer service ever. We ordered only 2 drinks. We were asked to pull further down below and wait for our drinks. We stood there waiting for 15 mins when I decided to go inside to check on what’s going since there were no cars that were on the drive through window. When I went inside I found our drinks waiting on the counter while one of the staff was idling there on her phone. The girl who was taking the drive through orders was extremely rude. Will never again come to this dunkin.

The line was 3 cars deep at the drive thru, so I decided to go inside to order. I was greeted immediately with a “thanks for coming in” and a smile by the clerk (brown haired guy with glasses- I didn’t catch his name). He said he would be with me ASAP. He was the only one working both in store and drive thru. I watched him make 8 drinks for 3 cars and ring everyone up with enthusiasm, competence, and a friendly demeanor. He apologized for the “long wait” (it was less than 4 minutes) and cheerfully took my order. I was nice to see someone who was both good at their job and happy to be there. Thank you guy from Dunkin’ for making the world a little brighter!

Ordered a beverage Large at the drive thru(no straw given and no receipt; I can only assume you have to ask for these things to receive them!!! Which is unacceptable and to think i gave a Tip; please do better!
These girls at drive thru I believe she said her name is Vannah and Mya? But they are always incredibly sweet but if I come and it’s a older lady on the speaker she either talks to me like I’m dumb or they rush me to order or go through the drive thru and I understand I work in fast food but their attitudes are terrible and i refuse to come if she’s there. If it weren’t for her the Service rating would be higher
A lady named Vanna in the drive thru today had awesome customer service. Super sweet & helpful!

Pulled up to the drive thru this morning at around 10:20. Told the cashier I had 2 orders, she immediately huffed and puffed and had an attitude about it. I then asked her if she could add a donut to the first order and she said it was already added in the queue and I asked her to clarify again that I cannot add the donut to the first order, because I did not understand why she could not do this for me, and she loudly yelled “No!” back and I immediately drove away, because I did not want myself to bark back at her. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at ANY places located in Vestavia. Appalled at this behavior from the employee not wanting to help the customer place 2, very small, orders. Apparently it is too difficult to place 2 orders or to edit an order “already added to the queue.” Will not be back, and will tell others of this experience.
