They never have enough donuts when I go to this location. How does Dunkin never have enough donuts?! I learned in the past to at least not order and pay in the app because then I get there and they don’t have them even though I have paid for them. But even today, I asked for 2 dozen glazed. She said they didn’t have enough glazed. So I asked to get a dozen glazed and a dozen others. She said she still didn’t have enough. Today was the last attempt. I’ll leave the house earlier and go to Krispy Kreme in Hoover from now on. ✌️ Dunkin’

Food and drinks are great when the order is correct. The wait times keep getting longer and longer in the drive through. I just spent 35 minutes in the drive through for a vanilla latte and old fashioned donut. And the latte was the wrong one. It’s gone downhill for over a year now and today was my last time going for a while. I’ve been here over 100 times and can’t deal with the inconsistency anymore.

This location is hit or miss. There’s a 50/50 shot in the morning whether this location is complete chaos or a functioning business. There seems to always be a manager on site that cares and is doing their best, but it isn’t uncommon for there to only be two employees running the store, or a good manager trying to make 3 zombie employees function. I would just advise if you show up in the morning and the line is long, just keep on moving and think of somewhere else to go.
There was only one employee in there when I went and he was KILLING it. He is fantastic, he always gives us super fast and nice service and our drinks are always so good. He deserves a

Go here often, but the new manager is genuinely awful to watch. Constantly understaffed, mostly kids running around trying to manage these horrible rushes. The staff is nice but it's clearly too much for them, and the manager is constantly down their necks. Saw one young man, must be high school age, working 6am with his arm in a sling. Heard another one just stormed off in the middle of the day. It's a bit slow and lines can be quite long, especially the drive-thru, but can't really blame them! They're running on fumes here!
