best customer service I’ve ever received from a JJ! I’m not sure who it was, but I ordered delivery and he was the nicest EVER! He called to confirm a change to my drink because they were out of sweet tea, and then delivered in like 10 minutes! Sandwich was great, pickle was great, and he even threw in a free brownie. Cant recommend enough!

Everyone was so sweet :) I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s since I lived in Atlanta but the service was great and quick.
What brought me in was the Picklewich! I hope they decide to keep it. It’s a great low carb option for people who still want to enjoy a good sandwich :) I do wish they’d post the nutritional facts for it as I had to kinda guess.

First time eating at JJ's. No one offered assistance. Followed another party thru and had to ask about everything. What's in a combo? What drinks are available? Desserts? Where can I find napkins?
