Came here tonight wanting a coffee and ordered 2 medium sized drinks. Got my drinks and realized that they were not mediums and let the employee at the window know that it says small on the side of the cup. A woman came from the back trying to explain the sizes to me with an attitude as if i’m blind and can’t see that it says SMALL. If i’m paying for something then I expect it to be exactly what I ordered.

Went through the drive threw & order the Big Breakfast plater with pancakes When I started to eat it the pancakes were stone cold and I just live too blocks away Will not be back That place needs to be shout down The Mexican lady manger is always extremely rude

McDonald's in Vestavia Hills is on another level. Always fresh, hot. Excellent service. But McDonald's Corporation needs to stop. Fish sandwich is half the size it used to be....and it costs more!🙄

I visited this location and unfortunately had an issue with being overcharged. The cashier charged my card three times the amount, which I suspect may have been due to inexperience or simply not paying attention. Once I noticed the error on my account, I attempted to call the store to inform the manager. However, no one answered the phone, and after leaving a voicemail, I never received a follow-up. It’s incredibly frustrating that the overcharge wasn’t addressed, and the lack of customer service left me disappointed. I highly recommend always checking your receipt and making sure any issues are handled on the spot.
Terrible service. Rude at the drive through speaker. Rude at the windows. They could not process a survey coupon code. They gave me the wrong food. Refused to give me a receipt. When I returned to the windows to get the correct food, the angrier of the two girls told the other to be certain she got the food they gave me. The other girl took the sausage biscuit and stood there staring at it until the first girl told her "Just throw it in the trash. I don't want him to have it." I have no idea how much they charged my credit card, as they refused to give me a receipt. Last time at the McDonalds. The worst of them all.

Got home with my order and my Big Mac had something in it that I thought was a hair but was too thick and plastic feeling to be one. The woman who took our order was very rushy and didn't let my fiancè really get a word in edge wise without her saying "what else? Anything else? Will that be all?" Even though he was still talking to her. And our drive thru experience ended with her saying "thanks, pull around." Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had and I've never been one to complain. I get fast food is rough, I've worked it but for me to have an experience like that and then get home to an unknown strand of something in my burger...🤮 I'm sorry, I will not be going back to this location.
