I went through the drive thru today on break to get a mcchicken and lg fry with pies.. after I got my meal I noticed my fry was medium instead of large so I had to turn around and go back to the store to get my fry swapped out I didn’t think to check my sandwich because I was in a rush and when I got back to work I noticed my sandwich was also made wrong instead of cheese added they put mustard I HATE MUSTARD and will never ask for mustard on my sandwich I can’t leave work so I called the store 3 TIMES AND GOT THE VM.. why does McDonalds have VM anyway it’s pointless but yeah I won’t be returning the service kinda sucks now anyway especially the Mexican woman in the front window she always looks like she has an attitude never says thank you, come again just plain rude

This is definitely an above average McDonald's. The service was attentive and quick. The restaurant was clean, and my quarter pounder deluxe was great and hot. It's located on Highway 31 north in the main business area of Vestavia Hills.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes because and my food was cold. Makes no sense when you’re having to serve so many customers that the food isn’t hot. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours.
Waited in line 15 minutes. They never took order. There were about 10 orders ahead of me which had been ordered before i entered restaurant. Two elderly couples who were behind me left after waiting 5 minutes or so. I didn't have an extra 10-15 minutes to wait on an order even if they had taken my order. Two weeks ago same thing. I finally asked a worker if the front register was open! They don't miss a lick on drive through. They are Johnny on the spot. Obviously they could care less about those inside. I eat there about 6 times a week but thats about to change.

9/19/23 8:30ish amabout two or three weeks i did a curbside order and process the mobile order twice by accident before i even told the woman at the window she told me “hey you order twice , we can’t give a refund , but all i can do is next time you come you can ask for me and your meal will be free” this morning i go and i was just going to pay , but i remember because i saw her at the front window making frappes i asked the woman that was next to her doing the drive thru orders and explain to her what she told me and she turns around to ask the woman that told me with the short black hair and i don’t know exactly what she told her back , but the woman doing the drive thru orders told me no i had to pay , very disappointed not abut not receiving the free meal , but how she manage everything and from the beginning she should’ve just give me a refund instead of telling me nonsense.
