I had given this place a 5 star when I visited after they first opened. Then I edited my review to a 4 star a couple of years later. Now they have really gone downhill in the drive thru. Our last three visits have been awful. Knowing this tonight we made sure to check our order before pulling off. Everything looked okay but when we got home and opened the sandwiches I could smell the raw onions right away. I asked for grilled onions. The burger and bun didn't look fresh but I thought they cooked to order (I guess not). We were also disappointed to find that the sauces we asked for were not in the bag. Since the worker confirmed our selections I just thought they were in the bottom of the bag. We probably will not be back to this Milo's. My son has also had problems on his last couple of visits. I thought it was maybe just so bad luck but not now. Now I know the issues are systemic. So sad...

I visited the on in Vestavia it's always good and hot. I had the cheeseburger combo no onion with a large sweet tea and an apple pie. Service is always good and fast

This is my favorite Milos. The service is excellent and the employees are so nice. my faite fast food restaurant in Birmingham.
My third time visiting this Milos and they have completely gotten my order wrong. It would seem this place cares more about talking, than listening to the order. This will for sure be my last visit to this one.

Since the only vegetarian options are fries, slaw, and drinks, I ordered fries, a chocolate shake, and an apple pie. The fries were as good as ever, but the shake was a weird texture like thick chocolate milk that I just threw away; the apple pie was filled 2/3 of the way and had no flavor whatsoever. What's happened to this place?!
