Definitely wanted to do a review of Moe's BBQ because I'm not been too big of a fan of Moe's BBQ and the reason is quite silly and that became apparent. There was one time a couple of years back that I'd ordered something and I didn't like it a bit. It wasn't undercooked or anything along those lines it just wasn't something I felt that I could have done and from that bad experience one time I've chosen not to go back and not that I refuse...
Solid location for the regional barbecue chain. Went for lunch at noon on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy, but it did pick up with a lunch rush around 12:30. Extensive covered patio with TVs for those who want to eat outside. Make sure to check the board for specialty sides not listed online. Appreciated that a couple of the possible sides are more dessert oriented, too. Staff were very friendly, and good was ready fast!

A buddy of mine lives in the area and had been raving about this place for weeks prior to our trip to the Birmingham area. We went for a late lunch and got the loaded nachos with pork, 24 wings, and three sides. The wings with the Alabama white sauce on her side are a big hit. He loaded nachos were exactly that, and delicious with thick cut potato chips. The sides also did not disappoint.
