We were driving through the area and decided to stop by for Italian. There were only two other people in late evening at the restaurant. The food quality was not worth the price ;Margarita pizza was soggy, pasta sauce was just olive oil instead of red sauce/white sauce. Server did not clarify the order and end up bringing extra salad which we end up paying for. Part of the restaurant was very nice but other part was unorganized. At one point supposedly owner reached out to us awkwardly. Overall experience was disappointing compare to review posted earlier.

Man, I am so disappointed and pissed, $40 later for a small pizza and some garlic knots!! It said Neapolitan style, so I was so excited because I’ve had some really good Neapolitan pizza, and this is not even close to it! This would be a one out of 10 for Neapolitan pizza, the sauce is not even something you would crave! So literally $40 later and I didn’t even finish one slice if I could get my money back man I would! But lesson learned and I will never be back! Domino’s has better flavor, not joking!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Napoli Italian Restaurant & Pizza, it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, and the restaurant itself was spotless, warm, and inviting.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and it was one of the best I’ve had the crust was just the right amount of crisp, and the toppings had that perfect balance of heat and flavor. I finished with the Chocolate Cannoli, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, creamy, and beautifully presented.
One of the standout features of Napoli is their outdoor dining area. It’s quiet, well-kept, and the gentle sound of the fountain makes it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal, especially in nice weather. Whether you’re dining solo or with a group, the atmosphere feels just right.
I also appreciate that the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, which makes it an inclusive and thoughtful space for all guests.
If you’re in the Vestavia Hills area and craving quality Italian food with great service and a peaceful ambiance, I highly recommend giving Napoli a try.

We ordered a large pizza(the Station Pizza) and cheesy bread to-go. Ordering online through the Slice App was easy and updated us when the pizza was ready. Our order was ready on time and was delicious! Our whole family enjoyed and we will be back. The atmosphere inside was very nice, so I’d like to eat in next time!

We love authentic Italian food and this place serves it well. The Salmon with fettuccine was delicious, just the right amount of seasoning and oils. My husband had the sausage and peppers and loved it! The service was excellent, the owner is very hospitable! Hands down, best Italian food we have had in a while!

Heard good things about Napolis so my wife and I came in around 4pm Valentine's day to beat the rush. Sign on the door said reservations required but since it was early and the place was empty the waiter agreed to serve us. Ordered the Red Snapper on the special menu and it came out almost raw. Sent it back. Waited about 15 minutes and the second piece was not much better. The waiter asked if I wanted something else but by then I wasn't interested and my wife's meal was mostly eaten so we paid and left. The special lasagna price was $38. It was good but not worth the price; basically chicken and spinach. Total bill was $71 for 2 beers and 1 meal including tax and tip. We went home and I ate leftovers.
Tried to contact manager on website but no response. Called restaurant and talked to the manager who said he had no control and couldn't do anything about it and I should call the owner. He had no idea when the owner would be there.
