We visited here on December 29th and 30th and received exceptional service both days. Mya and Audrey were very helpful and professional. The inside and outside were very clean and alluring. The portion sizes were the best we have seen anywhere. We were shown great southern hospitality during both visits. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian options: Lots of soup and salads.

Parking: Lots of parking in the plaza.

I met the manager of this establishment and she was so nice. I wish I could remember her name but she is super sweet and kind hearted I would recommend this place if you want good service.

A location fully stocked with Asiago bagels is always good in my book! Took some avocado spread and paired it with my bagel, magical ✨

Oh, and the kitchen sink cookie definitely stole the show!! Just OMG!

I recently tried to get my job back here and was told that I was a “troublemaker”. Management shows favoritism and doesn’t treat staff members equally. This picture below is from when I was working at this location and a manager was soaking her lactation pumps in the soup containers. Which I’m pretty sure is against health codes. As you can see no barrier or nothing and I have seen this on multiple occasions and brought it to the store manager,Brian Trotters, attention and it continued on, so if you eat soup from the Vestavia hills location, just know breast pumps are soaked in the same containers that your soup goes into! But other than that the pastries are great!

Panera Vestavia catered a 7 am breakfast. The whole catering staff was wonderful to work with and Chris who delivered did a great job of set up. The price was great and we love Panera!!!
