I enjoyed the food but the service was poor. The cashier was very scattered and did not ask what sides we wanted and just gave us chips. I had to ask for my receipt. She had already moved onto a social conversation before finishing our transaction. Also, when I asked for a togo container, I was just pointed to another counter and told to serve myself

Panera is slipping. The size of the egg souffles is noticably smaller now, embarrassing for what they charge for them. Just like every other chain, they want you ordering from a kiosk. and picking up at a service window. No customer service or human touch to it at all. If I'm eating out I want a little service to my experience, you won't get this here.

Just got the BEC crossaint with some oatmeal. Food was great. Jessie was hustling and taking care of things!!! Thank you Jessie for the awesome service and friendly attitude you have. 10 stars!!!

I walked in and was not greeted or made eye contact with. I think they believe that if they make eye contact, they might have to take your order instead of the customer using the self order option. (BTW, screen on ordering pad was very grimy). The dining area is mostly filled with people using the free internet and having conversations via their devices. Most tables were dirty. The food was decent, but my sandwich was a postage stamp...my lunch was 20 dollars. It wasn't half a sandwich, maybe a quarter sandwich. I think it was a finger sandwich. The soup was good, and it was a decent portion. I did ask a question of a staff member and was answered as if I was bothering them; quite flippant. I don't recommend visiting this location.

The last several times I’ve visited this Panera something has been missing from my order. Mistakes happen, I get it. But this is a consistent issue. I would’ve stopped going at this point if the sip club wasn’t so convenient.
