My wife and I had a great experience at the Panera in Trussville, thanks to an employee named Luca. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions, and helped us correct our order without any frustration at all. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly and attentive.
Luca is a major reason we’ll be coming back to this location. Panera is lucky to have someone like her on the team!

The food was good, but the portion size was disappointing — I ordered a bowl and it was closer to a cup at most other restaurants. The dining area is always uncomfortably cold, which makes it hard to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s also difficult to find a clean table, as many are occupied by students who aren’t eating but using the space to study or hang out.

Had a great lunch at Panera Bread! Fresh, tasty food, friendly staff, and a clean, cozy atmosphere. Always a reliable spot for a quick, wholesome meal.
I would have given 5 stars on the food... but the soup was warm, not hot.

Very dirty today and this was well after lunch had ended. We almost got a refund and walked out. There is absolutely no excuse for staff to be standing around chit chatting when the inside was that dirty!!

Food is great
I enjoyed the food but the service was poor. The cashier was very scattered and did not ask what sides we wanted and just gave us chips. I had to ask for my receipt. She had already moved onto a social conversation before finishing our transaction. Also, when I asked for a togo container, I was just pointed to another counter and told to serve myself
